Step 2. Select the items you would like to purchase and add to cart

Step 3. Checkout to continue with the payment

Step 4. Select your preferred delivery method (West Malaysia- RM6/ East Malaysia- RM9 )

Step 5. Select your preferred payment method (Online Payment- Fund Transfer/ Credit Card, Cash Deposit or Paypal)

Once we receive your payment we'll arrange to deliver the parcel.

• All Orders must be placed online – No FB or SMS orders

• You must provide accurate contact information .

• International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customers responsibility

EXCHANGE / REPLACE AND REFUND

• If your item arrives damaged or if we ship an item in error, contact us within 15 days of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it.

• When requesting a replace for Damaged On Arrival item, please attached with a photo of damaged item and email it to us at service@luccacal.com. Please notify your Order ID as well. (NO need to shipped the damaged item back to us.)

• When requesting an exchange for item that received wrong, please describe the issue before shipping it back to us.

• Shipping is free on replace / exchange item.

• Refunds will be refunded if your item is out of stock.
