SHIPPING
 
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.
 
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a gift box, for your convenience. 
 
As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
 
 
MALAYSIA via POSLAJU
 
By default, items to be shipped with Poslaju courier due the reliability and efficiency of their service in Malaysia. It will takes about 1-3 working days (depends on your location area) to delivered to your doorstep. Postal tracking number will be provided once item is dispatched for shipments tracking.
 
West-Malaysia : RM 6
East-Malaysia : RM 9
Free Shipping: Orders over RM50 always ship for FREE
 
 
INTERNATIONAL via FedEx
 
We ship all orders globally via FedEx express based on a flat rate delivery charge. International shipping may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customers responsibility.
 
Estimated delivery time will be shown at the page of checkout. They are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
 
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 
All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Note that you can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 
 
Refund will be made in the form of store credit, which can be used to make future purchases through our website. Items must be return with its original condition with tag.
 
The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your store credit once the item is received. This normally takes 1-2 working days .
 
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
