RETURNS / EXCHANGES


Each piece is made with love and we work really hard to make sure it's portrayed correctly in photos with natural light and minimal editing. However if you are not satisfied with your pieces, send it back for exchange or refund. We are more than happy to work through that with you. If there are any quality issues with a piece that is not related to normal wear and tear, we would be happy to replace the piece as long as we are contacted about the issue within 15 days of delivery.

  • To start your return/exchange, please email: service@luccacal.com with reason of return and we will send you the required information for exchanges
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, but the delivery fee of the exchange order sent to you will be covered by us.
  • We recommend you ship your package with trackable shipping method.
  • Exchanges and Refund are processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of package.
  • Refund as Store Credit, which can be used to make future purchases through our website.

COST : Exchanges free, up to cost of original item.
