Returns + Exchanges


Returns are free and easy! If you are not fully satisfied with your Luccacal purchase, you may return any unworn items within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted.

To return your order, please return it with the original Luccacal packing receipt. Post to any courier company nearby.

Kindly send us the copy of consignment note showing the proof of return and shipping fee charged, the shipping fee will be refund together with the return items (means free returns! :)). Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package. We suggest Poslaju which is around RM7 and reliable. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice, however we do not accept COD returns. Reimbursement of shipping fee is up to RM10.

Please note: Luccacal is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Refund as Store Credit

We will email you when your return is processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

Refund will be made in the form of Store Credit, which can be used to make future purchases through our website. If you sent your parcel over 7 days ago and you still haven't received an email with your store credit, or if you have any issues in using your store credit, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact our customer service at [email protected].


At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item, or same price item.


Items can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, non-reimbursement of shipping fee for international return orders.
